**Job Title: Project Co-Ordinator**

**Salary: Competitive**

**Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 08:00 - 16:30 - 37.5 hours per week**

**Location: Hillington**

**Your primary responsibilities will include**:

- Telephone, handling direct enquiries from the client, line management, and supply chain.
- Support project managers (PMs) with estimates, enquiries and tender responses.
- Co-ordinate the production of all progress reports and produce project summary reports.
- Support project managers (PM) in pre-construction activity plans, safety plans and documents for project activities.
- Support project managers (PM) in O&M file completion and CAD files.
- Updating asset database with new and removed technical assets.
- Manage labour schedules and communicate progress to all team members.
- Material and supply chain administration and procurement.
- Track project costs and report to the business unit leader.
- Completion of customer service surveys and report to the business unit leader.
- Monitor project progress, maintain tracker database and ensure updates are completed.
- Maintain project variation register.
- Liaise with accounts payable to resolve supplier invoice queries.

**About You**:

- Excellent IT skills in particularly MS Office, SharePoint, Teams, Excel and Word.
- Experience in CAFM software packages such as Concept or Maximo.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Thorough and meticulous person with an eye for detail.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Prince2 Foundation / Practitioner qualification preferred.
