We are currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator to join our passionate and driven team based at our client’s site in Hillington.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide a friendly and efficient service, both in person and on the telephone, handling direct enquiries from the client, line management, and supply chain
- Support project managers and regional engineering managers with estimates, enquiries and tender responses
- Planning work in a way which ensures that key milestones and completion dates are achieved
- Log new job requests and issue enquiries to the client/ subcontractors
- Provide direct administration support to project and regional delivery teams
- Support in producing quotes for issue to the client
- Maintaining quoted works trackers and CAFM system throughout the lifecycle of the works
- Co-ordinate the production of progress reports and produce project summary reports, including client meetings to review
- Support project managers in pre-construction activity plans, safety plans and documents for project activities
- Support project managers in O&M file completion and CAD files
- Updating asset database with new and removed technical assets
- Manage labour schedules and communicate progress to all team members
- Material and supply chain administration and procurement
- Log project costs and report to Head of Projects for tracking and review
- Maintain project variation register
- Liaise with accounts payable to resolve supplier invoice queries
**About You**:
- Excellent IT skills in particularly MS Office, SharePoint, Teams, Excel and Word
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Thorough and meticulous person with an eye for detail
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Experience in working to deadlines and effective time management
- Strong organisation skills
- Confident in liaising with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience in CAFM software packages such as Concept or Maximo advantageous
