**VFX Executive Producer
**Reporting to: GM of Cinesite VFX LTD
**The Role**:The key role of the VFX Executive Producer is to oversee awarded projects and ensure the smooth running of the production across the facility. This person will be the face of the studio for both clients and crew. Primary responsibilities are to oversee the smooth running of projects, create and maintain client relationships and ensure successful growth of the studio.

**Duties and Responsibilities:
**Management**
- In partnership with the Sales and Bidding Manager, engage with clients to generate opportunities on new projects.
- Generate revenue
- Review client materials (scripts, storyboards, breakdowns, etc.) and provide detailed and accurate bids for the VFX work on an as-needed basis,
- Collaborate on developing strategies to enhance sales capabilities for the long term.
- Provide regular progress reports to the Senior Management, giving an overview of current and potential projects.
- Consult on business development initiatives, ensuring the right business is being attracted and awarded to the facility, and that excellent relationships with clients are built and maintained.
- Work closely with the Senior Management team to develop and deliver on the strategic growth plans and goals of the studio.Help promote Cinesite’s work, company values, mission statement and vision to clients, colleagues, employees, and industry professionals.

**Production**
- Work as VFX Executive Producer on Cinesite projects as agreed with GM.
- Work closely with the Head of Production and VFX production teams to ensure the smooth running of awarded projects. To schedule, budget and delivery of the highest quality of work.
- Offer solutions and take initiatives to improve how projects are managed and shared within the Cinesite group.
- Manage and maintain the client relationship, including client expectations and satisfaction.
- Attend regular show meetings, part of which will be review financials on each project.Profitability

**Experience and Skills**
- Previous experience with attracting new business with new and existing relationships.
- Proven experience as a Senior VFX Producer with in depth understanding of the VFX industry and in managing visual effects for Feature Films and HETV
- Strong problem-solving skills, proactive, motivated and demonstrate an entrepreneurial mind-set with a high sense of responsibility.
- Ability to remain focussed, calm and confident in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skillsHighly proficient with Microsoft Excel and extensive experience with production management software such as Shotgun or Ftrack
