Absolute is looking for an Executive Producer to join our crew of creative artists, producers and engineers.

We are a tightly knit and effective studio who are passionate about creative work and the people that create it. As an EP at Absolute, you will be at the forefront of the business, straddling the roles of Executive Project Management and Business Development.

You will need to be an enthusiastic self starter, someone that is a creative problem solver and that works well in a team environment.

**Your role and responsibilities will include**:

- Executive oversight of the production of VFX and Animation projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, on budget and at the highest quality.
- Distributing workload to Producers where relevant
- Establishing and nurturing strong client relationships
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Working with Absolute artists and crew to pitch & bid new projects
- Raising awareness of production issues and help remove roadblocks
- Mentorship of Producers and Junior Producers working on your projects
- Helping to foster happy and productive cross-departmental teams

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Min 6 years experience in VFX and Animation production (ideally in a commercials VFX house)
- Strong understanding of the UK Commercials market and Agency networks
- Must be able to work independently and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build up rapport and strong relationships with clients and fellow crew
- Attention to detail and constantly looking for ways to improve operational efficiencies within a business environment
- Pro-activity and ability to demonstrate a desire for creating work of the highest quality

This is a 12 month FT role (Mat cover) which has the possibility of extending to a perm contract.
