Remuneration: £25,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience)

The role of the Technical Support Representative - Civils & Drainage Products will involve:

- Technical Support Representative position dealing with a high end manufactured range of surface drainage products / channels such as: concrete channels, slot channels, steel channels, point drainage, slot drainage, drainage channel systems, steel façadedrainage systems
- Working in the groundworks & civil engineering market place
- Assisting with the product selection whilst providing technical and design support to the sales team
- Developing specifications, preparing technical drawings and reviewing documentations
- Administering installation guidance to support the sales team
- Providing technical support in the preparation of presentations and of product comparisons for the sales team
- Updating the CRM system
- Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager

The ideal applicant will be a Technical Support Representative - Civils & Drainage Products with:

- Must be technically astute and minded
- Must be able to read engineering drawings and to communicate technical information
- Ability to use AutoCAD design
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literate as required to use Microsoft Office
- Very good attention to detail
- Hungry, dynamic and driven
