As a **Supply Chain Administrator**, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the seamless flow of stock across our global attractions. Reporting to the Supply Chain Planner, you’ll be responsible for processing and coordinating orders, maintaining accurate stock data, and supporting commercial performance across the Merlin brand portfolio. You’ll collaborate closely with our Merchandising, Finance and Attraction teams to optimise availability and keep our magical experiences running smoothly.
Qualifications & Experience:
A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Numeracy skills and attention to detail, including confidence using Excel and basic formulas.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Teams.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a confident and open-minded approach.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities to interpret data, resolve issues and drive commercial success.
Passion for creating seamless experiences for guests and colleagues.
Previous administrative experience in a dynamic office environment is desirable but not essential.
