We are recruiting Graduate Teaching Assistants to work across a range of schools, providing essential support to students and staff. You’ll be working alongside teachers, helping to create a positive learning environment while developing your skills in a school setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Support students in their academic and personal development
Assist teachers in classroom management and lesson preparation
Provide one-on-one and group support to children who may need extra help
Help create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for all students
Adapt learning materials to suit individual student needs

This role is ideal for individuals who have experience or an interest in:
Education
Care
Mental Health Support
Youth Work
Volunteering in school environments
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to support young people
Experience working with children or in similar support roles is beneficial but not essential
Willingness to undertake any necessary training
