Whilst we continue to offer flexible, hybrid working hours many staff enjoy being in the office and this provides the pre-covid team support and office spirit. The team manager and principle social worker have both been in their roles for a number of years and offer a wide range of experience and skills, high levels of support, guidance and advice and the team comes with varying levels of experience both as qualified and unqualified. The team have a second PSW who case holds court cases but also provides additional support to the team and team manager.
