Registered post graduate critical care course
Extensive experience in Cardiothoracic Critical Care
Recognised Practice Assessor or Mentorship Course
Post Graduate Certificate in Education, or willingness to undertake

Substantial experience of working at band 6 level managing a team within critical care
Evidence of CPD
