**SALARY: £10.42 per hour - £21,673.60 per annum plus uncapped bonus with OTE between £25,000 - £30,000 per annum**

**Full time, 40 hours per week working across Rota shift patterns. Full flexibility required over Monday - Friday - 07:00 - 19:00 / Saturday & Sunday - 08:00 - 17:00**

As an Inbound Customer Service Sales Agent, working within a small, very fast-paced call centre, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and therefore providing a very important service and processing bookings.

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing first class customer service via Outbound and Inbound calling.
- Accurate maintenance of records to be kept for calls made and received.
- Upselling of products and services.
- Setting up policies, selling benefits and booking in further work as required.
- Understand and manage you personal performance daily, working to KPI's
- It is essential that you are able to understand customers' situations and expectations to manage requests efficiently.

**Knowledge / Skills Required**:

- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience of working within a Call Centre setting is desirable
- Sales experience within a service environment is desirable
- Excellent phone and communication manner
- Ability to build a strong rapport with customers
- Strong objection handling skills as well as the ability to close a sale
- A high degree of self-motivation and drive to succeed
- Experience working towards KPI’s
