The responsibilities of the Assistant Payroll Manager will be:
- Overseeing a monthly payroll across UK & EMEA
- Ensuring that all statutory deductions are accurate and on time
- All HMRC submissions are made correctly & any payroll queries resolved.
- The Assistant Payroll Manager will also be responsible for managing a small team on a daily basis - managing and developing the team, setting out training plans, carrying out one to ones & appraisals
As Assistant Payroll Manager, you will make departmental improvements, ensure payroll software is updated and current, recruitment of new hires and producing payroll related reports for the wider business.
