**The Role**:
We are seeking a proactive and approachable individual to join our Burnley team as a Parking Marshal. In this key role, you will help ensure the smooth and safe operation of our parking facilities. This position offers flexible, casual hours, with shifts available during evenings and weekends to meet the demands of our event schedule.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with directions and address any parking-related inquiries.
- Direct vehicles within the parking area to maintain smooth traffic flow.
- Monitor and enforce parking regulations and company policies.
- Use an iPad to verify vehicle registrations upon entry.
- Set up and manage on-site signage to effectively guide drivers.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent customer service skills.
