**The Role**:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a **Gatekeeper at car parks surrounding Turf Moor Stadium for Burnley FC fixtures**. In this vital role, you’ll help ensure safe, efficient, and friendly parking operations on matchdays.

We are particularly looking for someone who is available to work the **majority of Burnley FC fixtures this season**, so we can maintain a consistent and reliable team on-site.

This is a flexible, casual position with hours mainly during evenings and weekends, depending on the fixture schedule.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and assist customers with directions and parking queries
- Direct vehicles safely and efficiently within the car parks
- Monitor and enforce parking regulations and company policies
- Use an iPad to check and verify vehicle registrations at entry points
- Set up and manage signage to guide drivers effectively

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Good customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliability and willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Availability to cover most Burnley FC home fixtures throughout the season

**Pay**: £8.91 - £12.21 per hour

**Schedule**:

- Shifts mainly on evenings and weekends (aligned with Burnley FC fixtures)
- Priority given to those who can commit to the majority of the season’s games
