As the organisation has significantly grown over the past year an exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and personable individual with customer service and coordinator experience based local their Farnborough site.
Location: Farnborough (Hybrid role)

**Salary**: £25-26k Depending on experience
Key responsibilities:

- Dealing with incoming customer enquiries and sales calls ensuring they are dealt with efficiently to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Processing sales orders through the various channels
- Liaison with field-based sales team and update them with new and potential sales.
- Organising and managing campaign kits internally and with the Territory Managers.
- Resolve administrative problems and enquiries from customers, suppliers and internal customers as required.
- Prepare, schedule, and organise sales orders and deliveries in liaison with the warehouse.
- Assisting accounts with taking payments for Invoices
- Troubleshooting product technical issues and referring to departments if further investigation is required
- Case Management
- Returns - courier collection arrangements/liaising with Accounts
- Experience in a Customer service coordinator or Scheduling role.
- Significant experience across Microsoft suit and excel.
- Experience dealing with incoming and outbound calls to customers.
- Excellent attention to detail, written and verbal communication
- Self starter and ability to show compassion
- Strong Planning and organisation skills
