We are looking to recruit Claims Handlers for our Accidental Damage Division, if you're looking to join a multi-brand insurance business that will support and empower you on your employment journey then look no further.

Working **37.5** hours per week, you'll carry out your first week's training in the office. Following this, we have the flexibility to accommodate hybrid working and can be flexible on your needs, we'll work with you We operate a shift patternbetween 8 am**:

- 6 pm** Monday to Friday.

**Currently, our Claims Handlers work one Saturday in every four.**

We welcome all types of experience, whether you're a graduate or have already started your career. If you possess outstanding customer service skills, interpersonal skills & an empathetic nature that allows you to build rapport with a variety of customers,this is the role for you. More importantly, we're looking for personality, work ethic and great written and verbal communications skills.

Within the role you'll be speaking with customers on the phone processing their Insurance Claims from start to finish in a proactive and resourceful manner, utilising your problem-solving skills.
