**Head of Asset Management**

**Permanent Position**

**Location: Hybrid Working
- covering areas across the South East. Meetings held in the Berkshire area**

**Salary: Circa: £80,000 plus Car Allowance, Non-discretionary bonus and benefits.**

The Head of Asset Management will lead and develop all aspects relating to the successful management of whole Life Cycle Asset Management and deliver compliant, intelligent, cost effective Asset Management solutions across the Facilities Management contract for a Defence client throughout the South East.

You will interface with the wider company asset management team and the Defence project teams, technology centre, specialist engineering resource & internal groups in delivering the operational requirements of the contract, client, project companies, working with internal teams and clients to create additional value by demonstrating asset management capability & excellence.

Ensuring building life cycle asset management is embedded into day-to-day operations increasing the value of the company offer.

**Responsibilities**

Further develop and maintain a successful asset management strategy.

Develop the ISO 55000 Compliant Asset Management Strategy

To and lead the Asset Management working group to drive understanding and develop expertise and capabilities.

Demonstrates and maintains a high level of operational and commercial knowledge and works closely with the delivery teams.

Create, maintain and promote asset management processes and procedures; and that these are maintained within the:

- **EDMS**:

- **Glider Bim**:

- **CAFM**:

- **Other supporting systems.**

Oversee Systems Processes and Procedures

Support the commercial team in developing quotes/business cases/variations for out of scope/additional works.

Review techniques and solutions to meet business and customer needs.

Actively manage the asset management requirements of suppliers and internal teams to deliver best value for the division.

Commercially manage the finances of the Asset team.

Representative at the Joint Asset Management Working Group and other supporting working groups.

Assist in the development of the Data Quality Development Plan (DQDP).

Oversee asset management programmes and asset management review such and FCM (Facility Condition Management) and other asset management review programmes.

Ensuring adequate reporting is in place to support the findings of the programmes.

Support asset management replacement programmes and life cycle programmes.

**Experience**
- You will have extensive experience in Asset Management and have successfully managed whole Life Cycle Asset Management
- Worked in a very client facing Asset Management role.
- Experience in Facilities Management/ Construction
- Strong financial acumen
- Developed the ISO 55000 Compliant Asset Management Strategy

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
