**Technical Administration Assistant**

**c£23,227.00 DOE**

**Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm**

Our client manufactures a wide selection of bakery products for all the large supermarkets throughout the UK, and also across Europe. They employ over 2000 people and are a European leader in their field. Their head office is based in the UK and the rolewe are looking to fill is based in Bradford, West Yorkshire; just a few miles from the M62 and other connecting motorways, making it a very accessible place to work (with free, secured parking).

They have a real passion for bakery, have a fantastic reputation for delivering consistently on the quality of their products and are looking for passionate individuals to join their team who have the desire to perform to the best of their abilities, ina supported and friendly working environment.

You must have excellent communication skills as well as being proficient with Microsoft Office and confident with both Maths and English. Previous experience working in Quality Assurance/Food Manufacturing environment and Level 2 understanding of Food Safetyand HACCP would be advantageous, but not essential - **FULL TRAINING WILL BE GIVEN**.

The purpose of your role as Technical Administration Assistant will be based around Food Safety and Quality (QA) standards; to verify and or report compliance of:

- Food Safety & Quality Management System Records
- Raw materials against specification to a schedule of checks
- Results, to relevant stakeholders and instances of non-conformance

**Technical Administration AssistantDuties**:

- Collate and review Food Safety & Quality Management records (job packs, Food Safety Start Up Check Sheets, Trace documents, etc)
- Report instances of non-conformance
- Compile DWOR’s (Daily Weekly Operational Reports) for compliance
- Escalate trends and significant non-conformances
- Correlate ingredient CoA’s against incoming deliveries to ensure the correct documentation is received as per schedule
- Sample, test and collate results for ingredients against the ingredient testing schedule
- Report schedule compliance and instances of non-conformance
- Conduct internal audits as required
- Assist in the management and investigation of supplier complaints as required
- Assist in the investigation of customer complaints in the factory as required
- Colleague relationships to ensure that relevant Food Safety and Quality targets are met
