**We are looking for a Consultant / Senior Consultant level recruiter to join our London team finance desk.**

We are looking for a 360 recruitment consultant to join our dynamic and collaborative team, due to business growth.

HFG are a market leader who specialise in insurance and are the go-to name for recruitment within the Insurance industry.

Managed by an active Sales Director with strong reputation in the market as a specialist finance recruiter, this is an excellent opportunity to join a niche and extremely buoyant sector.

**Requirements**:
You will be joining a busy desk with a clear path for progression and should have strong personal, organisational and autonomy skills.

**Responsibilities**
- Client relationship management
- New business development
- Recruitment project and process management
- Vacancy marketing and advertising
- Ongoing development of market knowledge
