We are currently looking for an experienced administrator to join our friendly client at their small busy manufacturing company in Blandford. We are actively seeking a full-time member of staff on their behalf to support the technical design team.
Day to day responsibilities include:
- Taking, recording, and directing technical sales calls
- Inputting and updating enquiries on the ERP system
- Liaising with internal departments as necessary
- Contacting suppliers to secure raw material quotations for the design team
- Liaising with customers
- Updating and saving product drawings
- Updating and saving product information
- Basic costing of existing products
- Preparation of quotation files for review
- Key account and project support
- Cleansing product information within the ERP system
- General office duties including electronic and manual filing
- organised

- prior office based experience
- have previous administrative experience
- be a confident communicator both verbally and written communication
- Able to work well independently and as part of a team
Hours:
- 9am - 5pm Monday - Thursday 9am - 4pm Friday 36.5 hours week
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Temp to perm
**Salary**: £11.00 per hour
