- Develop hypotheses, set up experiments and analyse results to generate insights and provide recommendations.
- Provide thought leadership on product strategy and influence business direction.
- Work with product managers to determine success metrics, monitor product health and progress towards OKRs, demonstrating business impact of the product team.
- Collaborate with UX researchers to synthesise qualitative and quantitative insights.
- Identify opportunities for and drive ongoing improvement to our analytics experimentation processes and tooling to ensure these follow best practices and meet business needs.
- Build a dashboard framework to help the standardisation of analysis and reporting, to provide Strategy and Product teams with the requisite data to enable them to track performance against KPIs
- Foster data-driven culture across product and wider business through actively democratising insights and building stakeholder networks.
- Responsible for supporting the Analytics community through coaching, collaboration and knowledge sharing. Work with analysts and product leadership to improve our capabilities, whether through tooling, ways of working or upskilling.
- Work alongside Analytics Guild to understand the user journeys and how each customer touch-point impacts the overall customer satisfaction and business goals
- You are expected to be hands-on and at the same time have a strategic vision, making sure that the organisation is upskilling the analytics capabilities.

**About You**:

- 3+ years managing other analysts, coaching and mentoring them.
- Strong background in quantitative thinking, data analysis and statistics is essential.

- Experience with A/B test design and analysis (in any domain)
- Self-motivated and results driven, with an ability to challenge the status quo and a ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Curious and passionate about learning and building great products to help us and our partners grow.
