**Job Title**: Senior Content Producer

**Location**: Manchester City Centre with hybrid working

**Reports to**: Head of Marketing

**The Role**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop innovative content ideas that align with our brand and objectives
- Create and generate new ideas for video and podcast formats
- Responsibility for gunnercooke TV
- Create engaging and shareable social media posts
- Design visually appealing graphics and short-form videos for LinkedIn and other relevant social media channels.
- Craft compelling copy and captions that capture the audience's attention and drive engagement, particularly on LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to develop creative campaigns around legal topics and community initiatives.
- Test and implement new content formats and strategies to improve audience reach and engagement on LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Utilise analytics and feedback to refine and optimise content performance.
- Foster a culture of creativity and experimentation within the team, encouraging innovative approaches to content creation.

**The Person**

**Skills and Abilities**
- Experience in working for a business that produces brand videos and film content.
- Creative storyteller with written and visual communication skills, able to draft a range of engaging content.
- Experience in producing a variety of content creation, including video production (filming, editing, lighting and sound).
- Excellent listening skills with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
- Great attention to detail.
- Outstanding organisational and interpersonal skills and thrives on meeting exacting deadlines and delivering exceptional service to internal clients.
