Marketing Specialist

Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the sales and strategy team to develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Design and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with company goals.
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and other team members to produce high-quality marketing materials.
- Conduct market research and analyse competitors to identify trends and insights from within the industry that can inform future marketing strategies.
- Ensure all content produced is on-brand and consistent in terms of style, tone, and quality.
Education (Ideally):
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field.
Experience (Ideally):
- 2 years of experience in marketing at the above level or a related field. With a proven track record of successful marketing campaign execution
Skills (required):
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Self-motivated team player with a collaborative mindset and able to work independently
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong organisational and project management abilities
Skills (desirable)
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing best practices.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, social media management platforms)
Benefits package
- £25,000 - £30,000 dependant on experience
