Drive AV Sales Success with Us
We're seeking a skilled AV Sales Specialist to lead the growth of our AV sales division. You'll develop and execute sales strategies, manage key client relationships, and expand our focus into new markets, including higher education and public sectors.
Your role will involve identifying opportunities, providing tailored AV solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction while working closely with internal teams to deliver comprehensive IT and AV solutions.
**Key Tasks**:
- Lead the creation and execution of targeted AV sales strategies.
- Implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Manage and grow both new and existing client relationships.
- Ensure seamless post-sales support for all customers.
- Identify new AV partners and services, staying ahead of industry trends.
- Lead responses to tenders and negotiate contracts with clients.
- Provide expert technical consultation within the AV space.
**Qualifications**:Essential**:
- Strong and consistent sales experience within the AV industry.
- In-depth knowledge of AV technologies and industry trends.
- Demonstrated technical proficiency in AV solutions.
- Experience in leading or managing a sales team, particularly within the education sector (FE, HE, PS).
**Desired**:
- A degree in a related field.
- Relevant certifications in AV or IT, such as CTS, Microsoft, etc.
This is a full-time permanent position & is being offered on a 'hybrid' basis - the majority of your role will be home-based, however travel to our Stone HQ in Stafford will be required from time-to-time.
