**Logistics Coordinator**

**Logistics Coordinator**, the role:

- Arranging efficient delivery routes and dispatching drivers
- Ensuring the vehicles kept to pre-set standards and are legally compliant
- Managing driver compliance for Working Time Directive
- Monitoring drivers and vehicle locations using GPS
- Ensuring goods are delivered on time and undamaged
- Collaborating with colleagues to find improvements in the efficient transportation process
- Effectively use the relevant Transport Management System
- Aid with full compliance with transportation regulations
- Perform quality control checks for full compliance

**Logistics Coordinator**, the person:

- Previous experience of working within logistics or distribution industry
- Working knowledge of the transport and logistics industry
- Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations
- Highly motivated with a continuous improvement mindset
- Keen to embrace and drive change
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good time management and problem-solving abilities
- Experience of working as a Transport Coordinator (desirable)
