**Client Details**

My client is a well established company seeking a Legal Services Manager to join their busy team.

**Description**

**The key responsibilities would include**:

- Recruitment, training and continued development of legal and agent coordinators. Set performance expectations for individuals and the team.
- Management and constant review of the legal and agent diaries, ensuring excellent customer service to our clients and promoting best practice throughout the collections process, contributing expertise to complex and/or high-profile cases.
- Management and constant review of the solicitors and overseas agent's actions to maximise collections and deliver excellent customer service.
- Monitor and review performance of the team and the appointed solicitors/overseas agents, taking appropriate corrective and preventative action where necessary to ensure KPIs are met consistently, and any issues are resolved effectively.
- Assist the finance team in any invoicing processes and queries relating to third party fees and commissions, providing good customer service to our clients where they need clarification about their invoice and its relation to the action(s) taken by thethird parties instructed.
- Manage the supplier documentation, reviewing agreements, commission, and compliance requirements between STA and third parties instructed.
- Contribute to and implement resource plans in line with anticipated workloads to ensure we meet client demand levels.
- Carry out regular process reviews and risk assessments to suggest & initiate process improvement contributing relevant expertise so that operational standards, controls and procedures meet changing requirements.
- Participate in projects as and when required
- Produce and report accurate feedback and performance statistics
- Ad-hoc duties, as and when required

**Profile**
- Experience and knowledge of civil law proceedings
- Qualification as a senior paralegal or equivalent, or a minimum of two years in a similar position.
- Experience with responsibility for recruitment, training, development, targeting and productivity.
- Must be a risk-based thinker with an analytical mind and sound business awareness
- Must also understand and be able to analyse KPIs and other performance reporting and to produce reports confidently.
- IT proficient
- Experience of managing a team / staff

**Job Offer**

A competitive salary with the potential to earn up to £4800 bonus per year.
