- Set the Finance strategy, providing insight and reports to key stakeholders helping them to navigate through critical business changes
- Oversee the financial planning processes for the Group and/or Business Unit, partnering with specific business colleagues
- Lead projects, providing clear tasks and accountability for project team members to ensure deliverables adhere to internal quality standards and timelines
- Ensure all business partnering activities are carried out in compliance with, local legislative and regulatory requirements across their remit
- Maintain a detailed knowledge and understanding of business priorities, to ensure that Finance activities align with the business strategy
- Mentor, coach and manage experience professionals to develop current and future team capabilities and ensure performance
- Lead implementation of continuous improvement opportunities to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting processes and to resolve data issues impacting productivity and compliance

**Require Skills/Experience**:

- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience
- Ability to manage and influence stakeholders within finance and across teams, driving accountability and ownership
- Knowledgeable in business strategy, the drivers and risks of organisational performance
- Strong communicator with the ability to present ideas and influence senior managers and customers
