You will have a basic salary of £30-£45k based on experience, with commission being earned from day 1 with no minimum benchmark to hit. Leads are HOT and FULLY PROVIDED with this role, and the business are hitting some seriously impressive numbers already, and need to grow the team with an additional TWO Second Charge Advisor.
What do we need from you? Well, as a Second Charge Advisor, you will need to know your way around a seconds deal, as well as being CeMap qualified, however the most important part of this role is being customer focused. Service is massively important to our client, who have won multiple industry awards in recognition of this. The Second Charge Advisor role is office based, in a state of the art building in Watford offering everything you could need to succeed in the role.

- Basic salary of £30k-£45k plus 2.75% commission on anything billed
