**What Does the Role Involve?**

As a **Packager**, you will play a key role in our operations, overseeing the smooth progression of cases from submission to completion. You’ll be responsible for underwriting and packaging loans to meet lenders' criteria, ensuring all third-party tasks are delegated appropriately, and acting as the primary liaison between advisers and clients to deliver the best possible outcomes.

You’ll have direct interaction with various Second Charge lenders, building and maintaining strong professional relationships. These relationships, along with your connections within our team, are essential for delivering an outstanding level of service.

Additionally, you’ll benefit from continuous training provided by **Roving Underwriters** and **BDMs**, who are on-site regularly to ensure you stay at the forefront of industry practices.

**Salary**: From £30,000 per year, plus monthly bonus
