Then we have the role for you** The pensions Helpdesk is the first point of contact for both internal and external members and provides a high level of Customer Service by providing accurate, clear and informative responses. Provide a high level of customer services support and to ensure that customers are treated with sensitivity, courtesy, and respect with consideration for their personal circumstances. The pensions helpdesk sits within the pensions team, which is part of the finance department, which resides in the business operations directorate of the County Council. - Provide a high level of customer services support. - Receive and respond to everyday enquiries from colleagues and customers to provide a timely, courteous, and value-added service. - Take responsibility for own workload and work independently. Interviews will take via Microsoft Teams and will be taking place within two weeks of the advert closure. If shortlisted, we will offer you dates to appear.
