You will receive training in Customer Service while working alongside the Clinical team and Communications experts.

The role will also mean you support service users to have a voice in their care and treatment and in service developments, seeking regular feedback and engagement them in a variety of innovative and creative ways.

To support and take an active role in developing digital mechanisms for involving Children and young people in navigating and successfully accessing the right mental and emotional health and wellbeing support.

The post-holder will ensure that the information received and accessed by service users and carer is updated, accessible and responds to service user needs.

The post holder will regularly liaise and attend meetings regarding service user and carer involvement to ensure YOUnited remain at the forefront of service user/carer involvement.

They will also work alongside service users, carers, and professionals to develop and maintain YOUnited digital online advice platforms.

Working alongside communication teams and ensuring all advice is compliant and had service user/carer involvement.

To provide a high level of customer service.

To undertake mandatory training and engage proactively with own professional development.

- Design, develop and promote services using a variety of sources e.g. videos, social media.
- Provide excellent customer service to all who visit CPFT teams and sites.
- The post will have an active role in carrying out support and focus groups, this will include regular communication with service users and carers and will involve training, research and staff recruitment.
- The post holder will support service users to have a voice in their care and treatment and in service development.
- Demonstrate IT skill sufficient to prepare monthly reports, creating and maintaining spreadsheets to monitor a variety of things e.g. data collection, feedback, 6 month follow ups. This is will be with the support of the YOUnited Assistant Psychologist.
- Monitoring inboxes and provide quick and effective responses.
- Support to service users to engage in online guided self help ensuring engagement and sharing of good practice in line with the trust policy and confidentiality.
- Training will be provided to support with the production of information materials with the use of different editorial programmes.
- Accurate inputting of data onto relevant electronic systems.
- Ensure confidentiality is always maintained.
- Liaise and work with a variety of teams, services and administration staff.
