Successful apprentice will be based from Lancaster House, Huntingdon, with a requirement to travel across the Anglian Water region as needed. This includes travel to other Anglian Water offices, and the university, so flexibility is essential.

As a Digital and Technology Solutions Degree Apprentice, you'll join a team that's innovative, collaborative, and always looking for new ways to solve problems.

Over this 4½ year apprenticeship, in partnership with an approved learning provider chosen by us, you'll combine university study with hands-on experience in areas such as Software Engineering, IT Consulting, Business Analysis, Cyber Security, Data Analysis, and Network Engineering. You'll be supported by experienced mentors and work on real projects that make a difference.

What you'll be doing:

• Get involved in real projects that help us deliver technology solutions and drive innovation across Anglian Water.
• Learn about software development, data analysis, cyber security, and IT consultancy through a mix of classroom study, remote learning, and hands-on training.
• Use your new skills to help solve real challenges, such as improving our systems, supporting business operations, and delivering excellent customer service.
• Build your understanding of how digital and technology solutions help Anglian Water make important decisions and shape a better future for everyone.
• Take charge of your own learning, with chances to build your confidence, develop new skills, and get real business experience.
• Work together with other apprentices and colleagues, sharing ideas and learning from each other.
• Always putting safety first and following our policies and procedures.

Who we're looking for:

• A passion for technology and a curiosity about digital solutions.
• Three A Levels at CCC or above including a Mathematics based subject and a STEM subject, or equivalent BTEC.
• Minimum of five GCSEs at Grade C/4 or above including Mathematics, English and a science, technology or engineering related subject.
• High level of self-motivation and willingness to learn.
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and good communication skills.
• Organised, flexible, and able to manage time effectively.
