RMG has an opportunity to join our property finance team supporting our Block Property Managers will all the financial and accounts information that enable them to deliver a first class residential managed service to our clients.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a role in a property finance who is great with numbers, budgets and spreadsheets. You will also have good attention to detail and the ability to resolve queries around finance issues.

Overall, you will be inquisitive and curious to investigate any errors and anomalies that occur within the budget sheets and reporting so we deliver a right first time service.

**What you will do**:
Ensure budgets are entered into the Cube property system accurately and within a timely manner

Investigate anomalies with the budget sheets in relation to property service charge elements such as gas, water, ground maintenance and compliance items.

Provide Property Managers with financial information and reports in line with our internal and client service levels.

Work proactively with the Property Manager(s) and support requests around financial issue

Be able to discuss and convey finance issues in a straightforward and uncomplicated way

Ensure that all client accounts and funds are accurately managed

Preparing accounts packs for Property Managers attending client meetings

Prepare all other financial reports for clients (Developers & Directors) i.e. Cash-flows, Debtors, Overall Performance Reports and create and individual reports required.

Ensure that all shared finance information and control sheets are kept up to date.

Skills, knowledge and experience required

High attention to detail both numeric and written

Ability to clearly convey financial information to non-financial parties

Knowledge of Microsoft Office with excel skills including V Look ups, formula and pivot tables

Minimum Grade C or 5 equivalent at Maths and English GCSE

Experience in working in a finance administration or accounts assistant role would be an advantage
