**About the Opportunity**
Our Land & Property team are involved in the preparation and delivery of all land management activities and statutory process associated within major development and infrastructure projects across the UK. Our impressive portfolio of work includes various National Highways schemes across the country, National Grid, Local government schemes, A465, Anglian Water’s Strategic Pipeline Alliance and HS2, along with an exciting pipeline of potential projects in the future.
As a Senior Land Specialist based in our Birmingham, Cardiff, London or Manchester offices, you will support major infrastructure projects across Energy, Local Authority, Rail and Transportation sectors, identifying landowners, occupiers and other parties that hold a legal interest in land. You will support our teams in the delivery of land access, landowner engagement, negotiation and supporting projects through to the statutory consenting stages. As a senior team member you will be responsible for preparing and coordinating work for staff based in the UK and overseas ensuring efficient project delivery.. At the same time, you will have every opportunity to contribute to the technical development of our fast-growing team.

**Here’s What You’ll Need**:
- Land referencing experience on major infrastructure schemes
- Advanced knowledge of statutory process
- Knowledge of working with GIS
- Competent in MS Office (Word & Excel)
- Attention to detail and able to work to a high level of accuracy
- Client facing experience
