Join our dynamic team as an Atlassian Administrator, where you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our Atlassian suite to enhance productivity and collaboration across the organisation.
In this multifaceted position, you will manage and administer Jira and Confluence, including user permissions, project workflows, and integrations. Collaborating with stakeholders, you will gather requirements, troubleshoot user issues, and discover innovative automation solutions that align with both enterprise and corporate technology needs.
**What you will be doing**
- Administer and manage Jira Confluence, including users, permissions, projects, workflows, custom fields, filters and dashboards, add-ons and integrations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand Jira & Confluence needs and implement them.
- Gather requirements related to business process workflows or related to process improvement identifying where functionalities could or could not be implemented.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide support to users.
- Discover & maximise all automation possibilities for both enterprise and corporate technology use-cases.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Jira & Confluence features and best practices.
- Create and maintain detailed technical and user facing documentation.
- Develop and delivers formal and informal technical training and presentations on Jira & Confluence use to employees and new joiners.
**Who we are looking for**
- Extensive knowledge in administering Atlassian Jira and Confluence, with rich experience in Atlassian Cloud products, including Automation for Jira, Advanced Roadmaps, Scriptrunner, and Jira Workflow Toolbox.
- Demonstrable experience in Groovy scripting, combined with a strong desire to learn and enhance scripting skills.
- Proven ability to implement processes and solve complex problems, while effectively managing multiple responsibilities and tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
