As a **Head Concierge**, you can bring your passion and positive personality to work and be part of this vibrant team.

We are looking for a **Head Concierge**:

- who under the support and guidance of the relevant Senior Manager and within the limits of the PPHE Standard Operating Procedures, performs Head of Department
- duties connected to all Concierge, Door & Luggage services to our external, internal and VIP guests
- Who will manage and develop their team through planning and execution of payroll and rotas, recruitment, induction, training, appraisals, and performance
- management
- Who provides leadership through leading by example
- Who clearly communicates both operational and strategic information, and ongoing customer feedback and ensures team members are trained and developed
- Who empowers the Concierge team by providing an inspiring service culture through briefings, team meetings and coaching
- Who has previous Assistant Head Concierge or Head Concierge experience in a hotel

As our **Head Concierge**, you will receive:

- Salary**:£31,000 a year**:

- Two wellness days per year, meaning all team members start with **30 days holiday per year** (pro rata) - this increases with service
- Two meals per day, every day (including days off if you wish to come in)
