**Tasks/Responsibilities**:
- Plan and ensure the hotel is ready for the day’s business - preparing for the morning meeting and sharing information with the team.
- Assist the head concierge and be actively involved in supervising the day-to-day operation in reception, guest relations, concierge, and housekeeping ensuring exceptional guest service. Taking ownership of guest requests and following them through to successful completion.
- Develop and train the team to be able to deliver their job brilliantly so that we get great feedback from guests.
- Provide efficient, polite, and courteous service on arrival and departure of guests in the hotel.
- Coordinate and manage hotel guests with business services, luggage storage, and rooming.
- Assist the Head Concierge with day-to-day tasks and cover the front doors when required.
**Key requirements**
- An individual with Previous Concierge experience in a 4/5 star property
- Have a proactive approach with a self-driven attitude
- Excellent social interaction and communication skills
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Good general knowledge of London in order to assist guests with their bearings
- Working knowledge of Opera would be advantageous, although not essential
- A full, clean driving license
