**A successful manufacturing business in Sheffield are looking for a HR Manager to support with ER casework for a period of 3-6 months. This would suit a HR Professional / Consultant looking for an immediate start, flexible working hours (part timewould be considered) and hybrid working.**

**Duties will include:**
- Oversee all Employee Relations cases including leading and / or coaching Managers
- Provide HR advice to the onsite teams, be the first point of contact for all HR issues
- Ensure the attendance policy is being adhered to and support the management team in tackling both short
- and long-term absence cases.
- Arrange monthly meetings with managers
