**Overview**
**Duties**
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain organised filing systems for both physical and electronic documents.
- Calling outbound as and when required.
- Support the team with clerical duties such as typing correspondence and managing office supplies.
- Utilise Microsoft Office 356 for document creation, collaboration, and communication.
**Experience**
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to communicate with clients and colleagues.
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: £22,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
