We have a newly created career opportunity for an **Outsourcing Development Manager** to join our engineering innovation team.

Stannah is growing its new product delivery capacity and capability to meet its product strategy. A key part of this growth is the expansion of **outsourced development.**

The role of the Outsourcing Development Manager will be to lead and manage new product development through external design, engineering and manufacturing consultancies and organisations.

**This will be achieved through**:

- Close management of all aspects of the development ensuring resource are achieving the specification, plan, and budget
- Working closely with key individuals in the market to ensure the specification and objectives are delivered
- Ensuring all elements of the development are visible, planned, and managed
- Owning all communication and reporting to sponsors, stakeholders, operations, and markets

The successful development manager will have the ability to deliver technical developments, programmes, and projects using indirect resources.

This role is suited to an experienced development manager with a product delivery background, preferable electro mechanic products, customer facing and require safe systems.

**This role offers hybrid working, hours can be flexible to suit the department, programme or project needs.**

**Minimum Requirements / Qualifications**
- Product development/engineering background
- Project and programme management experience
- Fluent in appropriate IT tools - MS suite, Monday, Windchill, Creo and Confluence
