**What are we looking for?**
We are looking for a Guest Services Assistant working as a dual role between our Central Reservations office and Crown Hotel Reception where we look after all our hotel and pub bookings.
The role includes making bedroom and dining reservations, Adnams Tour bookings and ensuring our hotel guests receive a warm welcome and a fond farewell You will be cross selling our portfolio of 10 Hotels and Pubs to our customers and upselling additional services where possible.
We are looking for a professional individual with a passion for excellent customer service, an excellent phone and ideally previous experience within a hospitality setting.
Personality is key, you will be the first point of contact both on the phone and as part of our Reception Team at The Crown Hotel. You must be personable, calm, efficient and organised.
Flexibility required to cover a variety of shifts per week including bank holidays and weekends.
