**The Job**: Receptionist for a 4* Hotel

**About the Hotel**:
Set within over 100 acres of its own woodland, garden and meadows and with breath taking views of the rolling countryside or the River Trent in every direction. Watching the sunset over the newly built Kings Mill fire wooded pizza and fish grill overseeing the River Trent making a magical evening transformation.

Built around a mill tower with its very own Grade II listed water wheel. This 42-bedroom hotel is perfectly placed for romantic breaks, an exclusive conference venue or a picture-perfect wedding, opulent surroundings and contemporary style complimenting the charm and romance of the English countryside settings.
- Checking In/Out of guests
- Delivery of a high standard of customer care
- Cash/card handling
- Inbound/Outbound calls
- Handle reservations from direct bookings and OTA's
- Feedback ideas in order to increase the efficiency of your shift
- Follow up outstanding charges
- Assist in any customer enquirers
- Counting of safes
- Working closely with all departments to maximise service opportunities

**About you**:

- Excellent experience in a similar role is desired but not essential
- Ability to work under pressure
- Is flexible with working hours
- Highly motivated and inspire others
- You will be organised, have exceptional attention to detail and the desire to go the extra mile for our guests
- Knowledge of Rexlynz is desired but not essential

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Permanent

Pay: £8.66-£11.44 per hour
