**Job Overview**

**Duties**:

- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about hotel facilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, handling payments and issuing room keys
- Answer phone calls, take reservations, and respond to guest inquiries promptly
- Assist guests with luggage and provide directions to local attractions
- Maintain a tidy reception area and ensure all guest information is accurate and up-to-date

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is desirable.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in multiple languages
- Excellent customer service and guest relations skills
- Proficient in using hotel management software systems
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and handling guest requests professionally

Pay: From £12.00 per hour
