**The Role**:
If you are an experienced Senior Children's Support Worker or Deputy Children's home's manager. There is a realistic progression opportunity should you wish to progress to registered home manager as they are currently developing new children’s homes in the area.

Reporting into the registered manager, the role will be a mixture of office admin hours and on shift and attending clinical and team meetings.

**Hours**:
40 hours per week over a 3 week rolling rota pattern which includes a sleep and go home the next morning and 2-3 days off inbetween shifts.
On call is limited every other month you will do only 4-6 on calls paid £62.50
Overtime rate £14.38 per hour

**What You Will Receive**:

You will receive an excellent salary of up to £38,000 per annum depending upon qualification. You will be supported to do the Level 5 Diploma and your career development to registered manager should you be looking for career progression.

**To Apply**:
You ideally will have the NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare and have minimum shift leading experience within children's residential services.
