The Role
THE NATIONAL CARE EMPLOYER OF THE YEAR IS LOOKING FOR:
**Senior Residential Children's Home Care Worker for children's emotional behaviour difficulties / children with complex needs.**

The Role: *Is to support the Registered Manager in providing a high quality, safe, nurturing and caring home which has high aspirations for children in a health care home for children with emotional behavioural difficulties, learning disabilities, physical disabilities and sensory impairments. You’ll help with the day to day needs and activities of the young people whilst providing them with life skills and great memories

Rate of Pay: *£25,420 to £30,000 per year (depending on experience and qualification) plus sleep in and on call allowance
Job Hours
**Hours**:40 hours per week. The home is staffed 24/7; shifts, including sleepovers will be worked as part of a rota and may include days, evenings, sleepovers, waking nights and Bank Holidays.

Essential Requirements:
- A minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Residential Child Care or relevant equivalent
- Working or willing to work towards a Level 5 in Leadership and Management
- A driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Previous experience of working in a children’s home.
