Market Stall Assistant

Premium London Street Food Company specialising in wraps and loaded fries. We have been trading for over 4 years and have operated on markets across London as well as catering for private and corporate events.

Every dish served is customised to our customers' needs and we pride ourselves in offering fresh bold flavours and perfectly charred chicken. We pride ourselves on great customer service and have built a rapport with both our customers, street food markets and other traders.

**The Role**

Street Food Stall Staff

**STARTING FROM** £11.00 per hour (dependant on experience )

Full Time Position: Across 4 locations.

Lower Marsh Market, London (Tuesday-Thursday)

Victoria Park Market, London (Saturday)

Beckenham Place Park Market, London (Sunday)

Crystal Palace Park, London (Sunday)

35 hours per week

We are recruiting and we are looking for friendly, energetic, and hardworking staff to join our team.

You will meet the team at the market location at 9am and begin setting up the market stall and all of the appliances, as well as prepping salads and garnish and heating up cooked foods and using our grill to cook chicken.

You will be supervised by a team leader who will give all of the necessary training and guidance on running a successful shift. Cooking experience is required and further training and guidance will be given, however a positive attitude and a friendly approach is all we ask. Speaking with customers and offering amazing customer service is what we pride ourselves on.
- Fluent understanding of English, both being able to speak and understand is fundamental to being able to communicate effectively and take orders as well as asking how our customers are doing.
- Experience in food handling is necessary.
- Great customer service and a friendly approach with a smile is a MUST.
- Punctual and reliable staff. Punctuality and reliability are key as not only will your colleagues be relying on you, but you will all need to ensure foods are cooked and the market stall is opened and closed down effectively.
