Market Stall Assistant/Worker needed for Bread and Macaroon Bakery

We are a family bakery based in Bermondsey, looking for motivated and flexible individuals to join our team as market workers from Thursday to Sunday.

You will be responsible for selling our products, interacting with customers, and keeping our market stalls tidy and presentable.

**Responsibilities**:

- Setting up and taking down market stalls
- Displaying and selling bakery products, including tarts, cakes and pastries
- Providing excellent customer service and engaging with customers to build relationships and promote sales
- Maintaining clean and organised market stalls at all time
- Handling cash transactions and using point-of-sale systems

**Requirements**:

- Ability to work flexible hours, including Thursdays to Sundays
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)
