We are looking for a **Lead Nursery Practitioner **to join our Brighton Nursery to cover maternity for up to one year.

**Requirements**:

- You must have a Minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Childcare and Education or equivalent
- Previous experience working within an Early Years setting (ideally as a Room Leader, Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator or similar)
- You must have Knowledge and experience of the EYFS and an ability to support children’s development and their individual needs.
- Hopscotch staff need to demonstrate a genuine enthusiasm for childcare

**Accountabilities**:

- **To act as a Room Leader and taking responsibility for all aspects of care provided within that assigned room
- To have exceptional knowledge of all children and their needs in order to oversee their development and provide support
- To deliver and plan rich learning opportunities and exceptional care, to help all children to develop and meet their individual milestones
- To manage and direct staff in line with Hopscotch policies and procedures, including safeguarding, health and safety, safe food preparation and allergen management
