Marketing and Design Officer

We are looking an experienced and highly organised Marketing & Design Co-ordinator to work within our Marketing Team at Bishop Grosseteste University (BGU).
You will be responsible for carrying out and co-ordinating a wide variety of design activities within the Marketing team at BGU, bringing your creative flair to BGU's publications, advertising and marketing materials.
You will be responsible for co-ordinating the work of the Design team along with carrying out design work yourself. The role will see you work with all other BGU departments and staff, providing a professional design service and support. You will be responsible for all BGU’s design assets, will act as brand guardian, and will be responsible for proofing and checking work.
The role will also require you to take a lead in all aspects of video production at BGU for marketing purposes, including developing, shooting and editing high-quality video content to be used on the website, on social media, and in advertising.
You should be educated to A-level and possess a design qualification or relevant design experience. Creative skills, an excellent knowledge of the Adobe Creative suite and experience of video editing software is essential, and an impeccable eye for detail and excellent time-management and work co-ordination skills are crucial to the role.
**Salary**: £22,197.00-£24,715.00 per year
