**Key responsibilities include**:

- Working closely with Design and Merchandising team to create a range which drives sales, profit and performance
- Reviewing risk and opportunities to drive the business forward
- Analyse sales and competitor performance to highlight opportunities
- Deliver product on time in line with Critical Path
- Manage supplier relationships to source great product, achieve margin targets and deliver goods on time
- Help nurture and develop the wider team through effective management and strong leadership

**You have**:

- Experience working in Childrenswear
- Experience in managing your own area
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high option count and varied supply base
- Creative nature with a passion for product
- Strong communication skills with all colleagues, regardless of level
- Commercial understanding of the childrenswear market
- Excellent negotiation skills
