Facilitators - Home-based

Main responsibilities
**Lead a portfolio of impactful Workstreams that drives engagement**
- Lead a portfolio of workstreams as agreed with the Head of Facilitation, running around 10 workstream meetings per month. There is an opportunity to build your experience based on your areas of interest by aligning your portfolio to one Phorum or to several. Your portfolio may also include departmental or growth workstreams
- Project manage your portfolio of workstreams, partnering with Phorum teams to ensure that workstreams are delivered in accordance with Phorum proposition, objectives, client feedback, time and budgets
- Build an effective workstream strategy, designing meetings that deliver impactful outcomes and drive engagement and collaboration across the BioPhorum community. Take responsibility for client satisfaction and engagement across your workstreams
- Facilitate best in class remote and face-to-face meetings and events for senior BioPharma stakeholders, collaborating with the Events team to ensure flawless execution
- Build your workstream community, establishing a culture of trust, encouraging participation from all attendees, helping them understand diverse viewpoints and alternative solutions and facilitating sensitive conversations to deliver meaningful results and solve mutual challenges
- Ensure outcomes and actions are captured and communicated following meetings, producing meeting documentation against quality standards
- Facilitate your workstream community to define high impact deliverables and outputs. This might include (but is not limited to) publications, proof of concepts, business case and conference presentations. Ensure that your workstream has a clear understanding of the benefits each deliverable will provide to the community and the value of their work to their companies
- Monitor workstream performance and engagement, using dynamics and other internal technology systems to track metrics. Report on these to the Phorum team and highlight any issues as appropriate
- Liaise with the Phorum team to deliver feedback on workstreams and community engagement, share insights for further work and escalate potential issues
- As part of the Facilitator community, seek to continually improve delivery, engagement and value, contributing to best practice development, shared learning and internal coaching.

Skills required
- Degree level education in life sciences or the equivalent training and experience in project management, facilitation, consulting or change management. A passion for harnessing the power of collaboration to create industry changing programs
- An accomplished facilitator with experience of creating an environment of trust and collaboration and guiding teams through complex frameworks to synthesise their ideas into something clear and meaningful
- Experience of designing and engaging inclusive programs for culturally diverse audiences
- Program/ project management experience with the ability to scope, plan and structure workstream activity and to deliver meaningful outcomes
- Impactful communication, presentation, listening and interpersonal skills. Confident leading interactions with multiple internal and external stakeholders including senior industry leaders
- Ability to exhibit integrity and judgement when engaging in confidential cross industry conversations
- A self-starter who can problem solve and deliver value to clients through our agile, remote working model
- Proficient technology skills and the willingness to embrace new technology
- Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast paced environment with the ability to execute with excellence and speed.
